La nazionale di pallavolo femminile thailandese ha giocato contro le migliori squadre di pallavolo femminili d’Europa - Italia, Olanda e Russia alla World Grand Prix a Bari il 17-20 giugno 2016. Ambasciatore S.E. il Sig. Tana Weskosith, i Funzionari dell’Ambasciata e la comunità Thailandese hanno assistito ad ogni partita per incitare la propria nazionale.
La squadra ha dimostrato ottime doti tecniche e strategiche, affermandosi con correttezza e ricevendo i complimenti del pubblico presente. Nella loro ultima partita, la Thailandia ha vinto 3 - 2 set contro l'Italia. E 'stata la prima volta nella storia della Nazionale thailandese che vince contro l'Italia.
Thai National Women's Volleyball Team made history at the World Grand Prix in Bari, beating Italy for the first time
The Thai National Women's Team played against Europe's top three women's volleyball teams - Italy, Netherlands, and Russia at World Grand Prix in Bari, which took place on 17-20 June 2016. Ambassador Tana Weskosith and Embassy officials, together with the Thai community in Bari were at every game to give their best cheers.
Excellent technical skills, sportsmanship, and fair play of the Thai team won respect from spectators. In their last game, Thailand won 3-2 sets against Italy.
